Load shedding to be limited upto 5 hrs from next week: New Loadshedding Schedule

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Energy Top Bahadur Rayamajhi claimed that the country would be able to restrict the load shedding upto four to five hours per day from mid-April. Speaking at an interaction organised at the Reportes’ Club in the Capital on Saturday, Rayamajhi said the significant reduction would come into effect as early as next week. “I have laid a strong foundation,” he said, “The works will not be hampered with the change in government.” “Works are carried out in a smooth and effective way according to the master plan to end powere crisis,” Rayamajhi said.
